Warranty Policy

Black Peak Industries LLC (BPI) warrants our Buoy Beacon to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year or 365 days from the date of purchase. If it is determined by BPI to be defective we will repair or replace your original purchase at our discretion. If a product is damaged due to improper installation by the user, the warranty will not cover the resulting issues.

Wear & tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal usage and is not covered under this warranty. 

It is the users responsibility to ensure that the battery cap threads, O-ring, and electrical contacts have sufficient dielectric grease to prevent corrosion and galling.
