Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing and Shipment
All orders are processed within 3-5 days from the date of purchase, barring unforeseen circumstances such as inventory shortages, holidays, or delays beyond our control. We reserve the right to delay or cancel shipments at our discretion if issues arise with payment verification, inventory availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-negotiable. All shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable, even in the event of order cancellation or return (see Return Policy below). We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates at any time without prior notice.
3. Carrier and Delivery
We select the shipping carrier at our sole discretion based on availability, cost, and reliability. Once the order is handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages that occur during transit. Tracking information will be provided when available, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment and address any issues directly with the carrier.
4. Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, the buyer must file a claim with the carrier within 10 days of the expected delivery date. We are not liable for reimbursing or replacing items lost or damaged in transit. At our discretion, we may assist with providing documentation for the claim, but this does not guarantee a resolution or refund.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer will not be refunded or replaced.
6. Non-Deliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to the buyer’s failure to claim it, refusal of delivery, or an undeliverable address, the buyer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs to resend the order. If the buyer does not wish to pay for reshipment, we will refund the order total minus the original shipping fees and a [insert percentage, e.g., 20%] restocking fee.
7. Order Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to shipment for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud. In such cases, the buyer will receive a full refund of the purchase price, but we are not liable for any additional costs or inconveniences incurred by the buyer as a result of the cancellation.
8. International Shipping
For international orders, buyers are solely responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, and any additional charges imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing or packages seized by customs authorities. All international sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or replacements for undelivered or confiscated shipments.
9. Proof of Shipment
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information is provided, our responsibility for the order is fulfilled. We are not obligated to issue refunds or replacements for orders marked as "delivered" by the carrier, even if the buyer claims non-delivery. Disputes regarding delivery must be resolved between the buyer and the carrier.
10. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
